Farm-Tec (ltd) is a privately owned business providing analytical products, support and service to the farming and foods industries.

For over 30 years Farm-Tec has been trusted by its customers to supply and support equipment for the analysis of feed, grain and other agricultural and food products. As well as manufacturing and marketing robust, reliable and accurate equipment for field, farm and laboratory, Farm-Tec also provides a wide range of supporting services to maintain, service and calibrate its products.

Based in North Yorkshire, Farm-Tec covers the whole of the UK, with qualified, factory trained field engineers able to provide onsite support to all of its customers. Outside the UK, Farm-Tec works with a range of trusted partners and agents to support customers wider-a-field.

Farm-Tec is DICKEY-john’s Gold Channel Partner in the UK and Ireland and is an Approved Service Centre.

Farm-Tec’s laboratories are fully TASC and ISO 9001 accredited.

Andrew Wells

Director

Andrew has worked in the analytical testing industry for over 35 years and has specialised in the farming and food sectors for 30 years. Having developed Farm-Tec into the successful company it is today, Andrew is still very much hands on and combines the strategic management of the company with getting out to meet customers and providing on-site support.

Ben Burnside

Technical Manager

Ben provides the technical and service leadership for Farm-Tec. With a wealth of product and practical knowledge, Ben is able to support the full range of Farm-Tec products as well as developing new products and services.

Karen Bradshaw

Accounts and Office Manager

Karen Bradshaw runs the accounts and administrative functions at Farm-Tec and works with customers to ensure all elements of Farm-Tec's activities operate as efficiently as possible.

David Wells

Sales and Operations Manager

David provides support to Farm-Tec customers delivering on-site technical assistance as well as helping with all aspects of Farm-Tec's operations. In addition to developing his knowledge in the farming and food industries, David has a detailed knowledge of the renewable energy sector and works in the offshore wind industry when not at Farm-Tec.
