Full service and calibration carried out by our fully trained engineers, to national standards

Manufacturer trained service engineer will visit your site or you may return your instrument to Farm-Tec's DICKEY-john approved service centre.

During the service the instrument will undergo a comprehensive program of work;

• The instrument is thoroughly cleaned and checked
• Missing or broken (non-vital) parts will be replaced during service including grain diverters, grain diverter seals, transport bars, calibration doors and springs
• The Hectolitre weight calibration is tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 7971-3, samples for this calibration are derived from our National standard 20 Litre chrondometer
• Moisture calibrations are updated and checked, Farm-Tec develops and provides the best calibrations for use in your instrument by continually analysing representative crop samples

Should you suffer a breakdown at any time during the year, discounted repair rates apply. Technical advice is available during business hours by phone or email.

Following the service, you will receive a calibration certificate that shows the instrument performance and includes Hectolitre Weight Standard ISO 7971 Part 3 compliance results.
