Our manufacturer trained service engineer will visit your site or you may return your instrument to our DICKEY-john approved service centre. A full inspection will take place and where appropriate, repairs and fixes carried out. Technical advice is available during business hours by phone or email. Should you suffer a breakdown at any time during the year we can arrange a loan and discounted repair rates apply

Manufacturer trained service engineer will visit your site or you may return your instrument to Farm-Tec's DICKEY-john approved service centre (a loan or exchange instrument can be arranged). During the service the instrument will undergo a comprehensive program of work; • The instrument is thoroughly cleaned and checked • The Hectolitre weight calibration is tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 7971-3 • Moisture calibrations are updated and checked, Following the service, you will recieve a calibration certificate that shows the instrument performance and includes Hectolitre Weight Standard ISO 7971 Part 3 compliance results.
